In the rental price is included:

Bed linen (comfortable duvets and duvet covers and sheets)
Beds are made upon arrival
Badh linen (1 bath towel and 1 small towel per person)
Kitchen towels
Internet and wifi
Use of electricity, water and gas

The rental price is exclusive:

Mandatory final cleaning (€ 110 for 1 house, € 200 for the 2 houses)
Tourist tax (4% of the rental price, with a maximum of
€ 2,14 pp,/night, children < 18 yrs excluded)
Beach towels
Change of sheets during your stay (upon request: € 15 / bed)

To secure the booking a deposit of 25% of the rental price needs to be paid. The remaining amount due (which implies also a security deposit) has to be paid latest 6 weeks before arrival.

Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings.
